I found it a bit tricky to figure out how everything operates, but thanks to the expert guidance from the agents at BlackBulls, I'm all set to dive into trading!

The speed of execution is fantastic. I’ll be checking out their withdrawal process, account setup, and deposits over the next couple of weeks, but so far, everything's looking good. Even during high-pressure situations like the US CPI news, the trade execution held up well. I was keeping an eye on the Spread with a special Expert Advisor, and for instance, the US30 had a Spread of 230 points. It stayed steady at that level before, during, and after the news release—no widening at all, which is pretty impressive. Customer service could use some work, but honestly, who cares? As a trader, I need a system that helps me profit alongside the Broker! We should both thrive together, and Blackbull Markets is a solid and fair choice. Seriously, do yourself a favor and go with BlackBull Markets; the results will prove it. Once again, forget about ICMarkets and Exness; my real-time tests with actual money have shown me the truth! This broker is the best, and their support team is just outstanding!

I've been trading with BlackBull for three years now, and I can't say enough good stuff about this company as a Forex broker.

First off, their spreads are consistently tight. Sure, they might widen a bit during major announcements, but it's nothing I can't handle.

Next up, deposits are super smooth. They recently rolled out a 'wallet' feature, which is a fantastic addition to their platform. I'll get into that more when I talk about withdrawals.

Speaking of withdrawals, those are also a breeze. Typically, it takes about 1 to 2 business days. Occasionally, it might stretch to a week, but that's pretty rare. As I mentioned earlier, the 'wallet' feature is a game changer. I trade in USD, but my bank accounts are in CAD. When I want to pull out funds, I just move the money from my trading account to the 'wallet', and it instantly shows me how much I'll get in CAD based on the current exchange rate. I really dig this feature, and BlackBull is super transparent about it.

Lastly, their customer support is top-tier. They respond quickly to emails, and if I ask for a call, they’re right on it. I usually reach out to Anish Lal, the Chief Business Development Officer, for all my questions and concerns. He’s excellent at his job and always puts me at ease, whether I’m dealing with a withdrawal, deposit, or just a general inquiry.

I wholeheartedly recommend this broker. With over 13 years of trading experience, I’ve never encountered this level of service until I started with BlackBull three years ago.

This broker is a scam with high spreads and withdrawal fees. When Chang was around, I used to get my withdrawals on time, but ever since he left, I'm feeling stuck. This company is terrible.

I haven't seen a single withdrawal come through since my verification. I got an email saying I'd get my funds in 1 to 3 days after I completed the facial verification and sent in my bank statement, but still nothing.

I've reached out to live chat multiple times. Each time, the response is the same: "Someone from BlackBullMarkets will get in touch with you soon."

I've also called customer care at +64 95585142 several times. They keep telling me that they’ve informed my IB manager and that I should expect a call soon.

But honestly, no one from chat or customer service seems interested in fixing this issue.
